Hosted by Behavioral Health Services of Somerset and Bedford Counties with presenter Andrew Nocita, Ph.D. At the end of this workshop, participants will:
  • understand the ethical principles
  • understand concepts of burnout and compassion fatigue
  • be able to self-assess their own state of compassion satisfaction and burnout
  • develop a list of self-care strategies that they can begin using today
  • apply ethical principles to ethical practice
